Through Coaching Parent Within, located in Newton, MA, I offer my services as a relationship coach to anyone who wants to learn about and nourish their relationships with nature, themselves, and other human beings - especially children & parents.
In my coaching sessions, I combine my expertise as:
1) a certified parenting coach (with the Jai Institute for Parenting);
2) a certified nature & forest therapy guide (with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides & Programs); and
3) a certified Level 1 IFS Practitioner (with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute),
among others.
I hold space and facilitate the work of each individual in relationship with their inner selves, others, and nature. My practice is anchored in two key elements of nature: a) community & b) diversity/multiplicity. I invite you to join me in scheduled 1 to 3 hour long sessions & in a journey to remembering our partnerships with ourselves, others, and nature.
