Through PLOTSoMeNatUre, located in Newton, MA, I offer my services as a certified forest therapy guide (with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides & Programs) to anyone who wants to learn about and nourish their relationships with nature, including themselves and other human beings. I rely on a standard sequence of professional practices that facilitate multi-sensory presence for people. I hold space and facilitate the work of the forest as the therapist. I use the term 'forest' interchangeably with nature, as it better reflects two key elements of nature that my guide practice emphasizes: a) community & b) diversity. The forest for me is the society of nature, though one that offers unconditional acceptance, endless friendships, and a welcoming home for everyone. I invite you to join me in scheduled 1 to 3 hour long forest therapy sessions & in a journey to re-membering ourselves as part of nature. Plot Some Nature Time for Health and Wellness, whoever you are!

UPComing GuidED Walks

-  In-Person Forest Therapy Sessions at Houghton's Pond, at Blue Hills Reservation in Milton, MA (March 11) & at Cold Spring Park in Newton, MA (March 12, 2021).

If you are interested in this walk, email me at plotsomenature [at] gmail [dot] com. We will discuss your needs and preferences. I want to make my practice accessible, therefore I use a sliding scale for interested supporters of my work.
