JEDi innovation is a novel approach I offer to doing innovation work within organizations. It is based on an understanding of innovation as a kind of organizational self-care, work that is done to sustain in the long run an organization and its thriving. In my talk to your organization I will delineate with examples and multi-disciplinary research, practices through which leaders and managers can shape organizational culture so that their organization operates not with a grow-and-thrive rather than survive-or-die mentality,even in times of crisis.
