Welcome. I am a researcher, educator, nature and forest therapy guide, innovation consultant, and artist, shortly a CEO: Curious Energetic Observer.

I study innovation in markets, regulation, organizations, and professions. My work focuses on the persistence of innovations, highlighting how the design and implementation of rules affects inequality and is shaped by power and culture.
